If you register for a tournament but are not online at the precise moment it begins then the software cannot take you to the table as it would if you were logged on.

However, in order to quickly join the tournament please click on Games on the menu bar at the top of the lobby screen and then on My Tournaments. This will show you in which Tournaments/Sit N Go's you are currently participating. Click on the name of the tournament you are supposed to be playing and you will be taken to the table.

If you are unable to connect at all and you are blinded out, a refund may be made, depending on the origin of the technical fault. You will need to provide us with the tournament ID, start time and date so we can investigate fully:

• If the fault is on our end the a refund should be applied automatically.
• If the fault is on your end, unfortunately a refund will not be applied.
