These are international wires, and therefore may take a little longer than domestci wires. If your bank wire withdrawal has not appeared in your bank account two weeks after it shows as processed in your account, please contact us and we will initiate a trace. 

If the banking information that you provided at the time of making your withdrawal is found to be incorrect or out-of-date then, unfortunately, we will be obliged to charge you a fee for the trace and recovery of funds.
