  • Playersonly.ag is committed to providing a socially responsible platform for recreational gaming and all of our members must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Before we can process your withdrawals we must verify your account. To do this we require you provide a valid color copy of your photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport) and a hard copy of a recent utility bill (issued within the last 6 months) showing your name and address. If requesting a bank wire you will also be required to provide a voided check or statement for the bank account to which you would like your funds sent. This documentation will be requested once only. You can click here to upload your documentation to our secure server for review. You can check the status and/or progress of your document requirements in My Account > Account Verification. 
  • Unless otherwise stated, members are entitled to one free withdrawal each calendar year. Any subsequent withdrawals requested in the same year, regardless of the method, will be charged accordingly.
  • If you have not completed the Account Verification process, you will not be able to request a withdrawal. If you request a withdrawal before providing all the required documentation it will be canceled and funds will be returned to your account within 48 hours.
  • Your PIN number is required to withdraw any funds from your account. This number is randomly generated and emailed to you on sign-up to further ensure the security of your account. It can be retrieved at any time via the secure "My Account" area of the website.
  • Only the 'earned' portion of any bonus funds are available for withdrawal. At the time of your request, the Cashier will advise you whether you have fully earned any bonus funds awarded. If you proceed with the withdrawal, the unearned bonus funds will be removed from your account.
  • Withdrawals must be requested online via the Cashier area of the site. We cannot initiate a withdrawal on your behalf. We accept withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • A maximum of one withdrawal can be pending on an account at any one time.
  • Check withdrawals can only be sent to the address we have on file.
  • No withdrawals will be sent if there are any unresolved deposit or verification issues on your account.
  • Any issues with your withdrawal (whichever method) must be reported within 45 calendar days of the confirmed sent date even though a check may show a longer validity period. After this time (45 days), we cannot assume responsibility for any problem related to redeeming the funds.
