If you contact us within the first 48 hours of the withdrawal being sent to the processor (the done date) we may be able to re-route your withdrawal to your new address, although we cannot guarantee this. Once 48 hours have passed re-routing is not an option and you must then do your best to retrieve the withdrawal from your old address. This is preferable to placing a stop on your check which is a costly and lengthy procedure. (The up to $50 charge for stopping a check will be removed from your account balance once the payment has been confirmed as stopped and credited back into your wagering account).
