I received a message saying that my limit or count had been reached.

When the Cashier recognizes that any of the limits set in place have been exceeded you will receive one of the following messages:

Your daily count has been exceeded:  This means that you have reached your quota of 3 successful online deposits in a 24 hour period (resets at midnight, Pacific Time).  You can try again tomorrow.

Your daily limit has been exceeded:  This means that you have reached your daily quota of a total of $1000* in online deposits.  You can try again tomorrow.

Your monthly limit has been exceeded:   This means that you have reached your monthly (30 day rolling period) quota of a total of $6000* in online deposits.  You can find out when you can make further online deposits by checking your Account History in the Cashier. 

Please also remember that you can only make 4 deposit attempts in a 24 hour period (resets at midnight, Pacific Time) with each card on file.  If one card fails 4 times, you can try another card.  Otherwise, you might like to consider Bitcoin.

 

*Occasionally, we will be able to offer higher deposit limits than the aforementioned maximums. You will see these new limits in the Cashier when available.
