Any bonus funds awarded in the sports and casino areas cannot be taken into the poker room, since the poker software has its own reward system.  Those bonuses, such as the 10% sign-up bonus, must be earned on sports or casino bets before they can be withdrawn or removed from the area. 

If your entire balance does not appear in the poker room this is because when you attempt to remove funds from the sports and casino area (by logging into the poker), it is recognizing that bonus monies given on a deposit have not yet been earned in the sportsbook or casino.  The funds are still available for use on sports or casino bets but unfortunately cannot be taken to the poker room. 

Once you have earned those bonuses by completing rollover requirements in the sportsbook or casino, you may take the entire balance to the poker room. 

If you only play poker and do not bet on sports or casino, then any those unearned deposit bonuses will simply be removed when you make a withdrawal.
